Email Client “Congratulations & Expectations” with all signed purchase & sale paperwork.
Email transaction timeline updates as the transaction progresses.
Send agent drafted documents out for necessary signatures as requested.
Make sure escrow was opened and lender has received all purchase and sale documents.
Make sure seller receives settlement statement.
Close listing in MLS.
Order sign removal.
Reminder to listing agent to remove lock box (see lock box installation for cost of ETM lock box removal).
Invoiced through closing.

5 Business day turnaround.
Review of listing paperwork for compliance with agent’s brokerage & make any necessary changes with client via FormSimplicity or DocuSign.
Schedule real estate photography, coordinate with listing agent & seller.
MLS input. Upload photos, CC&R’s, LBPD, RE-25, Taxes, Aerial image & Easements and/or Maintenance agreements of public record (as applicable).
Email listing draft to agent and to client for review & approval.
Make listing live.
Instructions.
Email client “Congratulations & Expectations” with all signed listing paperwork.
Order sign & listing binder (at Agents’s expense) if desired from title company.
Make future listing changes.
Add open houses.
Invoiced when made active.
